A seasoned product executive and early-stage startup advisor, Su specializes in AI-first technology platforms and has a proven track record of aligning product roadmaps with investment strategies, identifying high-potential markets, and driving growth through data-driven decision-making. She has held pivotal roles in startups and growth-stage companies, leading product strategy, technology development, and go-to-market execution.

Su’s strength lies in crafting cohesive product visions and translating them into scalable outcomes. She holds degrees from the Kellogg School of Management, Boston University, and VTU India, reflecting a strong academic foundation.

Outside of work, Su is deeply committed to mentorship and community. She is a founding member of Sidebar, a networking platform for senior executives, and actively supports the next generation through Flare Education, mentoring high school students in STEM.

Su lives in the Greater Boston area with her husband and two children. A passionate traveler, she enjoys exploring new cultures and countries whenever she can.
