Maty Ndoye, MPH
Junior Consultant
Maty Ndoye (she/her) is a Junior Consultant at Advancing Health Equity, where she contributes to the design and implementation of strategies that advance more equitable health systems. She brings over five years of experience in public health, with a background spanning community-based programs, digital health, and maternal health. Her work focuses on closing care gaps and expanding access for historically underserved populations through community-centered strategy, technology, and cross-sector collaboration.
Maty earned her MPH in Health Management and Policy from Drexel University. She is bilingual, with Wolof—spoken primarily in Senegal and Gambia—as her first language. At AHE, she is committed to driving meaningful impact in reducing health disparities and supporting equity-focused solutions.
