Kai Williams (she/her) is a Senior Consultant, SME specializing in leadership at Advancing Health Equity. Kai has been working in healthcare serving marginalized communities for 20 years and has a passion for transforming organizational effectiveness and culture. Kai is a seasoned consultant and leadership coach with a career spanning clinical operations, executive leadership, training and development, and care delivery. She has extensive experience empowering teams, leading organizational change, and in the “art” of balancing the needs of patients, employees, and the health of the business as an executive leader. Kai has honed her practice with specialized training including a certification in Executive Healthcare Leadership, Facilitative Leadership for Social Change, Mind Sciences on Difference, and Advancing Racial Justice in Organizations. 

Kai aims to engage individuals and teams to build the skills and knowledge to critically analyze the gap between their intentions and outcomes. She is known for her authentic, accountable, and collaborative approach. In her free time, Kai enjoys trail running with dogs, crafting, the art of making cheese platters, travel, and time with family and friends.
