Jen Lewis-Walden (they/them/she/her) is a Senior Consultant, SME with Advancing Health Equity, advising on values-centered strategy design, multisector partnerships, and community engagement to achieve health equity. Jen’s work advances community-led change to frame and test new ways of creating health systems that deliver on health by centering the voices of those historically and persistently locked out of shaping how society operates.

Jen has worked across diverse disciplines including public health, healthcare, environment, education, housing – as well as public, private and philanthropic sectors.

Jen enjoys learning from nature’s wisdom, exploring thought partnership to surface new ways to see the world, and enjoying time with their many animals who all hold superpowers.
