Faith Escalera, MS (she/her) is a Senior Project Manager at Advancing Health Equity, where she oversees client projects to ensure smooth team coordination and the delivery of client deliverables. With a background in health communications, Faith has worked with pharmaceutical and biotech clients on initiatives spanning disease education, health equity, executive visibility, advocacy partnerships, and FDA approvals.

As a first-generation American, child of Filipino immigrants, and Bay Area native, Faith’s personal experiences inspire her passion for health equity and improving access to care for communities of color. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time at the beach, live music, and reading.
