Tiffany Cornwall, PhD (she/her) is a Senior Consultant at Advancing Health Equity, where she helps organizations strengthen their capacity to embed equity into strategy, operations, and care delivery. A strategist and health services researcher, she brings extensive experience leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts that align business priorities with health equity goals. 

With a background spanning managed care, organizational design, and large-scale innovation, Dr. Cornwall has guided cross-functional teams in developing strategies that improve health outcomes, operational performance, and cultural alignment. She combines a deep understanding of systems change with a commitment to advancing equitable, people-centered solutions. 

Dr. Cornwall earned her PhD in Health Services Organization and Policy and her MPH in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan and is a proud Spelman College alumna. She is energized by supporting mission-driven teams and doing work that creates tangible impact in people’s lives. 

Outside of work, Dr. Cornwall enjoys art, interior design, and cooking. She loves to travel to warm, tropical destinations, with Jamaica, her home country, remaining her favorite place to visit. She lives in the Metro Detroit area with her family.
