She oversees AHE’s consulting services, client engagement, and organizational development, ensuring the company delivers impactful solutions to promote health equity. With her expertise in organizational leadership, cultural transformation, and health equity, Samantha excels in creating sustainable, inclusive environments through data-driven insights and forward-thinking initiatives.As a distinguished facilitator, Samantha has led over 1,000 workshops, equipping leaders and teams with the tools to navigate complex topics such as culturally responsive care, inclusive leadership, and structural inequities. Her passion for equity-centered work is deeply rooted in her diverse upbringing across Ukraine, Jamaica, and the United States, which has shaped her unwavering commitment to effecting global, positive change.
