With over a decade of experience in financial data and leadership roles within corporate spaces, she specializes in business management, human resources, and project implementation. In her consulting work, Sharmalee has partnered with organizations focused on advancing their journeys toward justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. As a Black immigrant woman, her passion for inclusivity drives her, believing that transparency, advocacy, and empathy are key to driving meaningful change. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Sharmalee now lives in the Sunshine State with her family.
